Start Here — Rules & How This Works

New? Read this first. Community rules, how threads are reviewed, and how to cite sources.

1. Share your own experience freely — your protocol, doses, what you noticed, your logs and results. First-person is the whole point. The one line: don't tell someone else what to do for their specific condition, and don't frame anything as medical advice. This is peer experience, not a doctor's office. 2. Cite sources (PMID / trial / link) when you make a claim about the research — it earns the *Cites Sources* flair. 3. No sourcing solicitation, no doxxing, no brand-name drug talk (use generic names like semaglutide, not brand names). 4. Everything here is peer experience for educational purposes, not medical advice — consult a licensed provider for personal decisions. 5. Every post is reviewed before it goes live. Be patient.
