BPC-157 actually cleared up my elbow tendinopathy — anyone else respond like this?

Ran a 4-week BPC-157 course for a golfer's elbow that PT hadn't touched in months — 250mcg twice a day, subq near the site. By week 3 the pain was basically gone and it hasn't come back. I know n=1 and placebo are real, but this was a bigger change than anything else I'd tried.

Anyone else had a clear response like this? Trying to figure out if I got lucky or if it's a common pattern.

Similar for me on a nagging Achilles thing — noticeable inside ~2 weeks. Big caveat: I was also deloading training at the same time, so I genuinely can't separate the peptide from the rest. Curious how you controlled for that in your own run.

Worth naming the evidence gap plainly: the strongest data is preclinical — Chang 2011, tendon fibroblasts in vitro (PMID 21030672) — and there are no human RCTs yet. Personal responses like these are real signal and worth logging, but they can't stand in for trials, so keep the n=1 framing when you share.

I tore my distal bicep tendon. The part that connects the bicep to foreman. I had tremendous pain the first day and immediately went on 3mg of wolverine injected right into my bicep elbow area. I injected 1.5mg twice a day. Within two days 70% of the pain was gone and within 5 almost all of it. I only took Advil once the first day. Its pretty incredible. I will end up needing surgery but my arm feels great considering.
