eloratzp phase 2b hits 23% weight loss for t2d

eloraTZP just dropped some big numbers: 23.3% weight loss vs 14.8% for tirz in type 2 diabetes. sounds impressive, but there's a catch—up to 27% bailed on the treatment. thoughts on what's causing the dropouts? is the weight loss worth it if people aren't sticking around?

Maybe "the itch" was more like "the exodus"? But seriously, could be the usual lineup: nausea, GI issues, or that initial adjustment phase. Always a balancing act between results and tolerability. Anyone know if there's anything unique in eloraTZP that's tipping the scales here?

The dropout rate is a real bummer with these new compounds. Could be that eloraTZP's mechanism or dosing isn't as well-tolerated over time. Or maybe they're hitting a threshold of side effects faster than tirz. Why step off the ride early if the weight loss is that good, right? Or do we think there's a saturation point in the market for these triple agonists?
