vial went cloudy after mixing — why?

ever mixed a peptide and noticed it went cloudy? what causes it — too much shaking, the wrong diluent, temp change, or condensation? i know the rule's 'if cloudy, don't use,' but curious if anyone's seen this with specific peptides or systems.

Could be a solubility issue with the peptide. Some like BPC or CJC-1295 need more careful handling. Heard adding bac water too fast can cause cloudiness too. Seen it more with no-DAC CJC when temp's off. Anyone had this with GLP-1s like sema or tirz?
