switching from tirz to reta, what to consider?

Anyone switched from tirz to reta? Wondering about the differences. I know tirz is GIP + GLP-1 and reta adds glucagon, but what have trials used? Not asking what to take, just curious about what others think. Maybe someone has insights on food noise or stalls when switching?
