how do you guys organize your fridge stash?

I've got vials and pens all over my fridge door, and they keep creeping to the back wall. Worried something's gonna freeze back there. Anyone use boxes, cases or other tricks to keep their stash tidy and safe? Pics for inspo would be awesome!
