loading cartridges from a vial without wasting product

So I'm trying to load some cartridges from my vial and really don't want to waste any product. What are your go-to tips for pulling every drop without bubbles or spills? Is there like a magic needle gauge that works best for this? Also, do you guys pre-load a bunch at once or just one at a time?

For loading, I usually hear that 18G needles are the sweet spot for drawing from a vial without feeling like you're going to war with bubbles. They're wide enough to pull liquid easily but not so wide that you end up with a geyser. As for pre-loading, it's really about convenience. Some folks like doing one at a time to avoid 'the itch' of worrying about stability, while others bulk load to save time. What's your style?
