air bubbles in pens/cartridges — does it matter?

noticed some air bubbles in my peptide pens, anyone think it's a big deal? heard mixed things, like it might mess with dosing or just be annoying. how do you guys deal with this? any tips on getting rid of them or is it not worth the hassle?
